EPR systems in Europe
If your company exports outside Belgium, you may be subject to local packaging legislation and required to join one or more EPR organisations outside Belgium. This is the case if you sell packaged goods to a foreign company that will use those goods. To help you understand this better, we offer an overview of the various management organisations in Europe that are members of EXPRA and/or EPRO, two federations to which Valipac is affiliated.
